Lana Mikec je licencirana osebna trenerka in prehranska svetovalka.

Njen cilj je pomagati vsem ljudem na področju fitnesa in prehrane (izbubljanje odvečne maščobe, pridobovanje mišične mase ali vzdrževanje telesne teže) za usmeritev v zdrav, enostaven in balanciran način življenja.

Ljudem pomaga izboljšati fizično in psihično počutje, zvišanje energije čez dan, sproščanje hormonov sreče ter oblikovati lep mišični tonus na telesu.

Usmerjena je zgolj v zdravje (zdrava telovadba in zdrava prehrana – brez pretiravanja in neizvedljivih odrekanj ).

Njene prednosti so najbolj vidne na področju odpravljanja nepravilne telesne drže oziroma deformacij hrbtenice (odprava bolečin v hrbtenici, poprava telesne drže, odprava deformacij – skolioza, kifoza, lordoza ).

Moje poslanstvo

S pomaganjem že kar lepemu številu ljudi in nenehnim branjem ter spremljanjem novih raziskav ostajam redno na tekočem.

Razumem, kako delujejo hormoni, skladiščenje telesa, kako izgubljati kilograme brez bistvenega odrekanja in lakote ter kako kvalitetno pridobivati na mišični masi. Predvsem pa, kako naše telo naučiti prvotne pravilne lakote oziroma sitosti, se znebiti dodatne mase brez prisiljenega odrekanja hrane in se naučiti zadovoljiti svoje telesne potrebe.

Na kratko – kako si s prehrano in rekreacijo povrniti svoje zdravje in doseči svojo sanjsko postavo.

•TAKING REST DAYS: will they mess up your progress?⬇️⬇️ . NO. They will NOT mess up your progress, in fact they'll enhancfe it. Lemme tell you why🤓🤓 . . 🏋🏻‍♀️When you lift weights, you are creating micro tears in your muscle ( this is a good thing – these tears heal and re-built as more muscle )💪 . . These tears NEED to heal. ➡️How do they heal? Proper nutrition to fuel the healing process and rest. . . By overloadig the body too often without letting it rebuilt, it's not going to have time to recovery aka which will lead to overtraining and injury. Too many people think you need to workout 6-7 days a week to see progress! I used to think the same! . I was terrified to lose progress and thought I needed to lift daily or I'd get fat, I made the gym the enemy. 💛Now, I lift weights 4 days a week and I've grown A LOT since then. . . Also, if you train 3 days a week, you will still be FAB boo💕! It's so so important to do what fits your lifestyle!!! I'm so HUGE about making it work for you, otherwise it won't be sustainable!
